Eight Chapter Leader

Kashiwa Chapter started in March 2002 as the first section in Chiba Prefecture and the 5th Chapter in Japan. Kashiwa Section is located in Kashiwa City, in which two railways (JR Joban Line and Tobu Noda Line) are available and 370 thousand people use Kashiwa Station in a day, which is the largest number of all the stations in Chiba Prefecture. Many street musicians and other young people come from within or out of Chiba to the pedestrian deck in front of east exit of Kashiwa Station every day and therefore Kashiwa is now a place of dispatch of street culture of young people. Kashiwa is crowded with young people, and at the same time, it becomes recently that more and more crimes are committed.
We, the Guardian Angels, under the motto "dare to care", do many activities such as patrols for crime prevention, clean up movements and joining local events.
We will do our best in order that Kashiwa become safer city. Please support us.


Join us today!

We always welcome new members joining us. Now, members of different generations from pupils of elementary schools (junior angels) to senior people are doing activities as far as they can do. Everyone who are interested in our activities but afraid that it is so hard to join! Our activities in Guardian Angels is not at all special. Anyone can join us if you only hope to make your own town a little better. We also welcome just to visit our activities.
